1. Overview
souldust.xyz ("Platform") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512) ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Platform when such claims are reported to our designated copyright agent.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on souldust.xyz infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Agent (below) that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to infringe, with sufficient information to locate it on the Platform (e.g., URL).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which souldust may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we will restore the removed material.
5. Repeat Infringers
We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion.
6. Safe Harbor
souldust.xyz operates as a service provider under Section 512 of the DMCA. We do not monitor or pre-screen all user-uploaded content. We act upon proper notification and remove or disable access to infringing material expeditiously.
